Randy Blythe of Lamb of God is a free man. Blythe has finally been cleared of all manslaughter charges following the death of a fan in 2010.
Blythe fronted the Prague Municipal Court this week to face charges over the death of the 19-year fan who rushed the stage at a 2010 Lamb of God gig in the Czech Republic and was pushed by Blythe. He died shortly after from head injuries.
The court heard about the lack of security at the gig and how fans rushed the stage while the band was playing.
Blythe was held at Panrac Prison in Prague and although bail was granted was not released.
The Lamb of God singer vowed to stand trial and clear his name.
After the judge cleared Blythe the prosecutor appealed the verdict. The prosecution is after a five-year term to be served in the singer.
