Randy Blythe of Lamb Of God has been released from Czech Republic prison after more than a month after being accused of manslaughter.
The charges relate to an incident in May 2010 after an aggressive fan died from head injuries when he jumped on stage and was pushed away by Randy Blythe. The fan fell, hit his head and died 24 hours later.
Blythe was taken into custody when Lamb Of God returned to the Czech Republic for a tour in June. He was not charged but detained and despite being granted bail, remained in prison until now.
The Czech Republic court finally allowed his released on Thursday. He has now returned home to the United States.
Blythe has promised to return to the Czech Republic to face charges if a court date proceeds. He wants to clear his name.
