New York baroque pop ingénue Lana Del Rey announces details of her debut album.
Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has been on the lips of tastemakers after her single ‘Video Games’ emerged – a haunting torch song with a ridiculously sultry vocal.
Surely her looks haven’t hurt, with the self-filmed and -edited clip earning over eight million views on YouTube since appearing in August.
She inked a deal with Interscope recently, and Prefix reports that she announced to the title of her debut album and a release date on French TV.
It’ll be called Born To Die (she’s already aired the title track live), and it’ll be out on January 23 next year.
