David Letterman will interview the surviving members of Led Zeppelin on his show on Monday.
Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones are scheduled to appear on the show to talk about their new movie and live album ‘Celebration Day’, however, it is unlikely they will perform.
Led Zeppelin reformed for one show only in 2007 to pay tribute to Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun who had in 2006 after hitting his head in a fall backstage at The Rolling Stones Beacon Theatre concert in New York.
Recently, the Led Zeppelin members got together to talk about the movie at a press conference in London but fell short of announcing any further shows. The album was the highest debuting album on Australia’s ARIA chart last week.
Letterman and Led Zeppelin are both due to be honoured tomorrow night (Sunday, December 2, 2012) at the 35th Annual Kennedy Center Honors in Washington D.C.
