Lindsay Buckingham and Christine McVie Premiere Documentary

A seventeen-minute documentary has been released on the making of the upcoming Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie album.

The self-titled set, which will be out on June 9 via East-West Records, may be the closest we get to a new Fleetwood Mac album as it sounds like the five members have little chance of getting back in the studio together although both John McVie and Mick Fleetwood also play on the set.

The new collaboration started to fuse when McVie decided to come back to the band after almost two decades away. The idea for the duet album came together even before the reunion tour started with the two going into the studio for some initial sessions. The finished after the completion of the tour.

Just listening to the snippets of music in the documentary, this sounds like it is going to be an amazing, upbeat, piece of pop/rock.
