KC and the Sunshine Band are back with some brand new sounds that sound a lot like their old sounds.

With seven top ten hits between 1975 and 1979, five of which went to number 1, KC and the Sunshine Band were one of the top hitmakers that came out of the Disco revolution.

Over the years, they never really strayed far from the sound that sent them to the top and the latest single, Movin’ Your Body, continues that tradition with a sound that could have come out almost forty years ago.

KC and the Sunshine Band topped the U.S. charts with Get Down Tonight (1975), That’s the Way (I Like It) (1975), (Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty (1976), I’m Your Boogie Man (1977) and Please Don’t Go (1979). Their Keep It Comin’ Love peaked at 2 on the Hot 100 but topped the R&B Singles.

Toto Returns To Melbourne #Review

Toto’s 2025 setlist focuses on the heritage of the band. The setlist was interesting. Compared to how it was curated for Australia in 2019 this time Toto kept to the albums of the 1900s. Mind you, there were no complaints from the audience for doing that. The biggest hits came from those early years.
