Mac Miller, the 26 year old American rapper, has been found dead in his home at age 26.

Mac Miller’s cause of death was an apparent drug overdose.

Mac Miller (real name Malcolm McCormick) had first signed to Pittsburgh label Rostrum Records when he was 20 years old. He had his first US number one with his debut album ‘Blue Side Park; in 2011 when he was 21 years old.

He has had five albums. All have gone Top 10 in the USA. His most recent album ‘Swimming’ was released on 3 August. It debuted at number 3 in the USA.

Mac Miller died in his San Fernando Valley home.
