So Madonna and The Pope are the same thing? According to Madonna they are.
Madonna has dedicated a song to “Popey-Wopey” while announcing “there’s that much difference between me and the Pope.”
“Since the Pope — Popey-Wopey — is on his way over here, I will dedicate this song to him,” she said during her show in Philadelphia this week. “Because it’s a love song, and I firmly believe that love does make the world go ’round.”
Then she added. “Honestly, I don’t think there’s that much difference between me and the Pope.”
Madonna will tour Australia in 2016. Let’s hope she doesn’t ‘localise’ her dialogue and compare herself to George Pell.
