Madonna Compares Herself To The Pope

Madonna and Kylie Minogue have officially released their first studio collaboration, ‘Love Sensation (Afterhours Mix)', following its surprise live debut at Madonna's Club Confessions event during WorldPride Amsterdam.

British producer and musician William Orbit, whose work reshaped the sound of Madonna, Blur, All Saints and other major artists, has died aged 69.

Madonna's acclaimed new album Confessions II has prompted a fresh look at one of the most debated records in her catalogue, with many listeners revisiting 2012's MDNA and finding that, despite its reputation, several songs have stood the test of time.

Madonna has revisited one of the defining moments of her career with Confessions II, a sequel to 2005's Confessions On A Dance Floor that reconnects the Queen of Pop with the club culture, autobiographical storytelling and emotional candour that first made her a global force.

Madonna's third album, True Blue, arrived on 30 June 1986 and became a defining release of the decade, producing five hit singles and establishing her as one of the most successful artists in popular music history.

Madonna has unveiled a 13-minute cinematic companion to her upcoming album Confessions II, premiering the project at the Tribeca Film Festival before making it available globally ahead of the album’s July 3 release.

Madonna has intensified the rollout for her forthcoming album Confessions II, debuting new music in a surprise Times Square performance and releasing the album's third preview track, ‘Love Sensation', ahead of the record's July release.
