Brisbane’s Mallrat will release her E.P. ‘In The Sky’ in June. She is currently showcasing in Austin for SXSW.
‘In The Sky’ comes off the back of the two songs ‘Better’ and ‘UFO’ (feat. Allday).
“I’ve got a better understanding of production,” says Mallrat (aka Grace Shaw) I a statement. “I’m able to really direct that now. I’m able to build everything up from scratch and be very particular about what I want.”
‘Better’ landed Mallrat at no 46 on Triple J’s Hottest 100.
Mallrat will play her SXSW showcase at Lucille in Austin on March 16.
