Melbourne’s Knight Teams With Sydney’s ORiGin For Music Publishing Partnership

Philip Mortlock’s ORiGin Music Publishing has teamed up with Marcus Knight’s Knight Music Publishing to form a new creative partnership to develop international opportunities for their artists and composers.

Knight Music Publishing represents Andy Ward, Levi Dowsett, Melissa Erpen, Christian Gulino and others while ORiGin Music Publishing reps Bucks Music, Du Vinage, District 6, Just Isn’t Music (Ninja Tunes), Shubert Music, What A Publishing (David Guetta), AIR and Gotye.

“We welcome the astute A & R skills Marcus has to help find and develop contemporary talent for the local and international market” says ORiGiN Creative Director Philip Mortlock. “Marcus has a keen pop and dance sensibility and we’re excited to be working with him with these genre’s and artists.”

Philip Mortlock and Philip Walker formed ORiGin Music Publishing in 1993. Knight founded Knight Music Publishing in 2015 to develop and support pop and dance music in Australia.
