The full announcement:
We are incredibly proud and very excited to announce that Metallica Through The Never will make its world premiere at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival on Monday, September 9 at 7:30 PM. Now in its 38th year, TIFF is the most respected and prominent film festival in North America with many major films making their worldwide debuts there. We’re particularly psyched to be a part of TIFF with its rich history and truly international flavor, as last year’s festival brought in nearly 300 feature films from over 70 different countries.
Through The Never will screen in the special IMAX at TIFF section and we’ll be on hand for the red carpet premiere, to introduce the film and will spend some time in Toronto to chat with the press. For more info about the festival, please visit here: tiff.net/thefestival and for ticket info, please visit here: tiff.net/thefestival/tickets/wizard.
We’ll be back later this week with more Through The Never news as opening day of September 27 is coming up quick!
