Michael Buble and Luisana Lopilato are expecting their third child.
Michael Buble Photo by Ros O’GormanThe 42-year-old singer and his Argentinian wife will welcome the new addition to the family in summer, a rep for Buble confirmed to Entertainment Tonight on Saturday (February 3).
Rumours swirled in Lopilato’s native Argentina that she was pregnant, after she posted a photo on Instagram last month of her wearing a loose-fitting top.
Argentinian journalist Laura Ufbal reported that the 30-year-old actress and model is nearly three months pregnant.
Buble and Lopilato are already parents to sons Noah, four, and two-year-old Elias.
The happy news of the third addition to their family comes more than a year after little Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer.
He reportedly underwent treatment in the U.S. in November, 2016, and it’s thought the tot had surgery to remove the tumour after having medication to shrink it.
The devastating diagnosis led to Buble cancelling various press appearances, including hosting the BRIT Awards last year.
Once Noah was on the road to recovery, his mother told reporters she was thankful that the worst was over.
“There are things that happen in life that make you realise that the most important things that you think are important, really aren’t. The most important thing is to have faith and to be strong. There are nights that I still don’t sleep and I pray to God because it’s still a long process and the worst is over. Thank God,” Lopilato said in July.
Buble is set to host the 2018 Juno Awards in his native Canada in March, and will also perform at the British Summer Time event in London’s Hyde Park this July.
