Michael Bublé has joked he wants his legacy to be Christmas songs rather than ‘sex tapes and cocaine’.

The Italian-Canadian singer released an album entitled Christmas last year and has brought the record back with an added track for this year’s festive season.
The 37-year-old prides himself on genuinely caring about the holiday and says that is how he hopes to make his mark on the industry.
‘Artists mostly don’t care about Christmas records. They just put it together and put it out there because they know it will sell,’ he told BBC Radio One.
‘Me, I really cared; I took six months to make it. Christmas music is the reason I started singing. Bing Crosby is one of the first albums I heard. I didn’t want to make a Christmas record; I wanted to make the Christmas record. As an artist you want to make an impact, a legacy. These days you make an impact through sex tapes and cocaine and I wanted this to be my impact. But this will probably all fade out with my hookers and cocaine bust…’
The Haven’t Met You Yet singer has a real passion for the festive season and enjoys the perks that come with the special time of year.
However, he is a little unsure of Christmas’ favourite character ‘ Santa Claus.
‘Christmas is all about warmth and love and people are kinder to each other and you get to eat and drink a little more. It’s about family, about being home with the people you love. There’s presents, Santa Claus…’ he listed.
‘Isn’t it amazing this person [Santa] we end up idolising is scaring the hell out of us? It’s this big bearded man. When I first saw him I was like, ‘What did I do wrong?”
Christmas was re-released today and features added track The Christmas Song.
