Michael Jackson is facing new allegations of child molestation from beyond the grave.
The late entertainer has been accused of committing lewd acts against choreographer Wade Robson in legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Robson, who has choreographed for stars like Britney Spears and Pink, is asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate, according to the website.
Robson, now 30, met Jackson when he was five and spent several evenings at the singer’s infamous Neverland Ranch.
He had sleepovers at the star’s homes in California and Las Vegas between the ages of seven and 14. Robson claims to have suffered ‘childhood sexual abuse’ during this period.
The filings were reportedly submitted to the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case on May 1. Apparently permission was requested to file a late creditor’s claim.
The complaint itself was filed under seal, although it is believed to detail allegations of abuse.
Robson previously denied allegations of child abuse when he testified in the singer’s 2005 molestation trial. A member of Jackson’s staff, former housekeeper Blanca Francia, had testified she saw the two showering together when Wade was around the age of eight or nine.
Spokespersons for the Michael Jackson Estate and Robson have yet to issue comment.
The Jackson family is currently involved in litigation with concert promoter AEG Live.
Michael’s mother Katherine accuses the firm of negligent behaviour that led to the star’s 2009 death from a Propofol overdose.
The family accuses AEG Live of helping to cause Michael’s demise by ‘pressuring him to prepare for his 2009 comeback concerts, despite his fragile health’.
The suit claims AEG Live executives were irresponsible when they ‘hired and supervised Dr. [Conrad] Murray’, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael’s death.
Michael leaves three children behind, son Prince, 16, daughter Paris, 15, and son Blanket, 11.
