Models will head out on a series of shows for east coast Australia starting September.
Models will tour the four piece line-up of Sean Kelly, Andrew Duffield, Mark Ferrie and Ash Davies. “We might go into hibernation occasionally – actually, quite a lot,” Sean Kelly says, “but we have never broken up.”
Models five albums are considered classic rock treasures. ‘Alphabravocharliedeltaechofoxtrotgolf’ was released in 1980 and peaked at 43. 1981’s ‘Local And/Or General’ reached no 30, ‘The Pleasure of Your Company’ in 1983 reached no 12, Out Of Mind Out Of Sight’ in 1985 broke the Top 10 peaking at 3 and then the final album ‘Models’ Media’ made it to 44.
‘Out Of Mind Out Of Sight’ also reached no 84 in the USA.
Models have also released two EPs recently, ‘GTK’ and Memo’.
