The first full day of the Glastonbury Festival in Pilton, England is in the books with sets Mary J. Blige and Motorhead.
Blige has had an amazing career with every one of her eleven albums making the top ten on the Billboard charts. She touched on nine those eleven with her latest, The London Sessions, getting the most love with four songs in the later part of the show. 1994’s My Love had three of its songs performed along with throwing in her U.K. hit with Disclosure, F For You.

Motorhead proved that their second album, 1979’s Overkill, was no sophomore slump disc. They performed three songs from the album early in the show and closed with the LP’s Overkill. In between, they covered many fan favorites even though they omitted their biggest hit in the U.K., 1981’s Motorhead from the album No Sleep ‘Til Hammersmith.
