Big Easy Express follows Mumford And Sons, Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine Show on their train journey.
Last year the three nouveau folk acts hopped on an old train which they set up as a mobile studio and rolling venue.
They traveled through six US cities writing, recording, and performing and filmmaker Emmett Malloy (who directed The White Stripes’ Under Great White Northern Lights doco) captured the experience.
Big Easy Express follows the three bands’ musical journey from Oakland to New Orleans, and it’ll be released on July 27 through Rocket Distribution
