The British band’s sepia-toned debut Sigh No More was a surprise hit last year and fans have been salivating for new songs, some of which were written on a cross-country train ride through the US during a tour.

Now the band have performed a new song live in the Philadelphia station Radio 104.5 studios.

Band leader Marcus Mumford labeled the new tune either ‘Ghosts’ or ‘Ghosts That We Knew’, saying “We’re not very good at deciding song names. We’ll hash it out, we’ll have a physical fight later.”

Their second album is currently slated for released in February 2012, but check out the first sample below.
