Alex Smith of Moving Pictures has locked in a few solo gigs in Sydney when he is back in Australia for the next Moving Pictures tour.
Alex will perform at The Camelot Lounge in Marrickville and announce more solo dates before he arrives.
“I am doing some Solo/duo gigs ,while I am in Sydney this time,” Alex told fans on Facebook. “I will be playing with my dear friend of nearly 40 years (try saying that without gasping) Rohan Cannon. Roh will open the shows and play some of his songs and others and then he will join me for a stumble through the garbage of my mind”.
The first gig announced is The Camelot Lounge at Marrickville on Thursday 12 May.
Moving Pictures will tour Australia starting Newcastle on May 6.
