80s pop superstar and former Culture Club front man Boy George was been fined $US1,000 and ordered into rehab after violating his parole in March, but the only problem is… he never paid it.
Boy George, who’s real name is George O’Dowd, pleaded guilty to wasting police time in March (he falsely reported a burglary, where the cops allegedly found some cocaine – a charge which was dropped) and was fined $1000, plus $160 in fees, as well as being ordered to head into rehab.
He has been warned that if he does not complete his sentence by August he will be jailed for an undetermined amount of time.
