Swiss folk-metal band Eluveite will tour Australia in May.
Eluveitie formed in Zurich in 2002 and released their first EP ‘Vên’ in 2003. Their name dates back over 2300 years. Eluveitie is actually millinium old graffiti, found on a vessel in 300BC.
Founder Chrigel Gianzmann started Eluveitie as his musical platform but after the success of ‘Yên’ put a band around the name. Eluveitie have now released six full length albums, the most recent being ‘Origins’ in 2014.
Eluveitie will tour Australia for Tombowler, Tickets available from www.tombowler.com.au and the venues.
