Coldplay has been confirmed as the halftime entertainment for Super Bowl 2016.
The SuperBowl will be held on February 7, 2016 at Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California.
Coldplay now join a long list of superstars including The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Justin Timberlake and that infamous Janet Jackson ‘nipplegate’ performance to have played at the SuperBowl.
Coldplay released their new album ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ today. Songs from the new album plus Coldplay classics are featured this week on Noise11’s iHeartRadio music new channel.
Coldplay has followed suit with Adele and Taylor Swift in refusing to allow Spotify to stream the album. A new trend is emerging with major artists withdrawing streaming rights from Spotify.
