Chelsea Handler has called Kanye West “delusional” and “unstable”.
The comedian and presenter is known for not pulling any punches when it comes to revealing her opinions. That was most definitely the case as Chelsea was asked what she thought about Kanye claiming he was responsible for Taylor Swift’s fame in his new song.
“Why is that surprising?” Chelsea told ET Canada on Monday (22Feb16). “He’s acted like this for years. He’s not stable, he’s delusional and now he’ll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody. Even though he’s been in this state for years.”
Kanye has been hitting headlines in recent months thanks to his erratic behaviour, which has included several rants on Twitter. These include a much publicised feud with Wiz Khalifa, the claim that his new album The Life of Pablo is the greatest of all time and revealing that he is $53 million (£37 million) in debt.
“I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt… Please pray we overcome… This is my true heart…”, he tweeted.
“This is all all is fun all in good feelings… We will all be gone 100 years from now but what did we do to help while we were here!!! They are calling me to the SNL (Saturday Night Live) stage now … Speak soon…”
Kanye then proceeded to ask Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for a financial handout.
While the Twitter rants have only served to increase the publicity surrounding Kanye and his new album, his wife Kim Kardashian is apparently not a fan of these posts.
“Kim is a very supportive wife and rarely complains, but she’s not a fan of the social media sagas,” an insider told People recently. “What causes friction in the marriage, however, is Kanye’s compulsive tweeting. Kim can’t stand it. She is all for self-promotion, but doesn’t approve of Twitter drama.”
