Richie Ramone, The Ramones drummer from 1983 to 1987, will headline CherryRock016.
Richie is the only Ramones drummer to ever have sole credit as composer on an Ramones songs. ‘Humankind’ (Too Tough To Die, 1984), ‘Somebody Put Something In My Drink’ (Animal Boy, 1986) and ‘I’m Not Jesus’ (Halfway To Sanity, 1987) were written solely by Richie.
Outside of The Ramones Richie has only released on solo album ‘Entitled’ in 2013 but he has guested on albums for Joey Ramone and Fred Schneider.
