Neil Young has finalised the title of his next album of new music. The album originally named ‘Pink Moon’ has now been christened ‘Colorado’.

At his website Neil Young says, “Crazy Horse’s new album, COLORADO, is dedicated to Elliot Roberts. Elliot loved this record. He said “It’s the songs.”

Since the first Crazy Horse album, ‘Everybody Knows this is Nowhere’, so many things have happened! Life is a gift to share with everyone. We are very excited.

As we release this record, you will be with us in spirit. COLORADO is a very special one. Nils Lofgren is back in Crazy Horse again and the feeling is there”.

Neil has already been performing many of the songs live. Here are the ones we know and the tracklisting:

1. Think Of Me

2. She Showed Me Love

3. Olden Days
4. Help Me Lose My Mind
5. Green Is Blue
6. Shut It Down
7. Milky Way

8. Eternity

9. Rainbow Of Colors

10. I Do (aka Why Do I Believe In You)

‘Colorado’ will be the first Neil Young & Crazy Horse album since ‘Psychedelic Pill’ in 2012.

As Neil mentioned, Nils Lofgren is back with Crazy Horse (while the E Street Band is in hiatus as Bruce Springsteen does his solo thing).

Nils played on Neil’s albums ‘After The Gold Rush’ (1979), ‘Tonight’s The Night’ (1975), ‘Trans’ (1982) and ‘Unplugged’ (1993).

A release date for ‘Colorado’ is yet to be confirmed.
