New Kids on the Block have cancelled their Tuesday night show in Ottawa due to a border dispute.
The 90s boyband, consisting of Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Jordan Knight Jonathan Knight and Joey McIntyre, are currently on a comeback tour of the US and Canada.
The so-called Package Tour hit a snag on Tuesday when several trucks carrying gear and production equipment was held up on its way across the border.
A spokesperson for the singers told TMZ lighting, props and ‘key crew members’ were delayed passage and the show couldn’t go on without them.
The representative confirmed New Kids did cross the border successfully.
Officials at Canadian Border Patrol are reportedly looking into the matter.
The band plans to reschedule the show for Wednesday night.
New Kids announced The Package Tour as a joint effort with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men in January of this year.
It was unknown at press time if the opening acts were held up at the border.
The group is scheduled to continue their tour of Canada through June 7. They will then return to the US and jump between both countries before playing their final show in Minneapolis on July 20.
