Nick Cave Tribute Concert To Screen On Australia Day

Triple J’s Tribute To Nick Cave will be broadcast on ABC2 in Australia on January 26.

The shows done in November honored Cave and his career of music via The Birthday Party, The Bad Seeds, Boys Next Door and Grinderman.

The band was led by Cameron Bruce from Paul Kelly and Washington’s bands. Guests included Abbe May, Adalilta, Alex Burnett (Sparkadia), Ben Corbett (Gentle Ben And His Sensitive Side/SixFtHick), Bertie Blackman, Dan Sultan, Jake Stone (Bluejuice), Johnny Mackay (Children Collide), Kram (Spiderbait), Lanie Lane, Lisa Mitchell, Muscles, Tim Rogers (You Am I) and Urthboy (The Herd).
