UK boyband sensation One Direction have already announced that they’ll be back in Australia next year.
The quintet are braving the squealing, hyperventilating girls during their first Australian visit, and have revealed that they’ll be back for full arena shows in 2013.
Liam Payne from the band said, “Yes, we will be coming back with our full arena show to Australia and New Zealand next year. We can’t thank the fans enough for their support. We’ll be announcing it very soon so stay tuned for more details.”
The group’s Australian visit sold out in three minutes, and they’ve already sold 300,000 tickets to their UK and Ireland tour dates for next year.
The boys play two shows at Hordern Pavillion in Sydney this Friday, Melbourne’s Hisense Arena on Monday, and Brisbane’s Convention Centre next Wednesday.
