Opeth to tour Australian theatres for David Roy Williams

Sweden’s Opeth will be back in Australia for their first tour in just over two years in December. Opeth last toured Australia in February 2017.

Opeth formed in Stockholm in 1989. Singer Mikael Åkerfeldt remains the sole original member. He was originally the guitarist for the band but took over as lead singer in 1992 with the departure of David Isberg. Bass player Martin Méndez has been with Opeth for 22 years.

The most recent album was ‘Garden of the Titan (Opeth Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre).
