Longtime Guns N Roses keyboardist Dizzy Reed says that all original members will attend their induction.
Guns N Roses will be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame this year and much back and forth has been going on about whether Axl will reunite with his old bandmates.
The latest installment in the saga comes courtesy of keyboardist Dizzy Reed, who is the second-longest-serving member of G’N’R, still with Axl from his inclusion in 1990.
He recently told Billboard that “I know that all the original band is going to be there”.
“I don’t know exactly what’s going to go down. It’s one of those things I’m sure will all come together and be really cool. I’m just going to go in with a good attitude and a clear head and a grateful heart”.
Hall Of Fame CEO Joel Peresman said late last year that all members (including Dizzy Reed and Matt Sorum) have RSVPed, but Slash later tweeted that he hadn’t.
Surely this won’t be the last word before their induction in April. But it’s fun to speculate all the same, and even vainly hope for a massively-unlikely reunion performance.
