The inaugural Out On The Weekend festival has added gourmet food to the already world-class music line-up.
Culinary chefs Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz from Sydney’s Porteño and Bodega have signed on to dish up their signature meals like Jack Daniel’s Marinated Beef Brisket with Slaw & BBQ sauce, Pork Belly or the Chorizo.
Melbourne’s Raph Rashid, best known for his Taco Truck with bring along his Beatbox Kitchen with its newest meal RB’s Fried Chicken.
From Lynchberg, Tennessee, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey has Porteño’s classic drink The Banana Old Fashioned. Wine is from locally produced and independent wine-maker’s Dixon Creek Estate from Yarra Valley with an Argentinian selection brought to you by Porteño.
