Patti Smith To Release Horses: Patti Smith and her Band Documentary

Patti Smith has documented the 40th anniversary of the 70s masterpiece ‘Horses’ with the upcoming documentary ‘Horses: Patti Smith and her Band’.

The performance of the ‘Horses’ album live was filmed at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Her band is Lenny Kaye, Jay Dee Daugherty, Tony Shanahan, and Jack Petruzzelli, who are joined with her guitarist Jackson Smith and Flea.

The film directed by Steven Sebring and executive produced by Jimmy Iovine.

The movie will debut on Apple Music on 22 May 2018.
