All four currently scheduled shows for Paul Stanley’s side project, Soul Station, have been cancelled after the KISS member suffered a concussion while skiing.

The accident happened on January 15 when Stanley announced “I went skiing today and got something I never expected…A concussion! OW!!!!! Lucky though…”

What was also unexpected was that it would take so long to recover from the injury. On Wednesday (January 25), Stanley said he was being forced to cancel the shows. “MY APOLOGIES. Recovery from concussion will take a bit longer. I am postponing ALL FOUR California Soul Station shows Feb. 1-4. So sorry.”

Soul Station is Stanley’s band that performs classic soul music. The band debuted on September 11, 2015 at the Roxy with a set that included classics from artists like the Temptations, the Stylistics, the Jackson 5 and the Spinners.
