Peaches Geldof will supposedly be laid to rest on Easter Sunday.
The journalist passed away at the age of 25 on April 7 at her home in Wrotham, Kent, which is just outside of London, England.
And new reports claim her funeral will take place at the same church her late mother Paula Yates’ obsequies were held 14 years ago.
‘The family are completely exhausted and trying to organise a memorable final farewell for Peaches,’ a source told British newspaper The Sun of this weekend’s memorial.
Apparently Peaches’ father Sir Bob Geldof, 62, is planning to deliver a eulogy at the private ceremony.
But it is claimed he is struggling with performing the task, as The Boomtown Rats musician is riddled with grief.
‘Bob is keen to speak as he did at the funeral of Paula and his dad Bob Snr in Dublin, but he knows it won’t be easy,’ the insider said.
The church where Peaches’ funeral will allegedly take place is near Davington Priory in Kent. She married S.C.U.M. musician Thomas Cohen there in 2012 and as a little girl, this site was the place of her baptism.
It is believed Peaches will be cremated and her ashes scattered around the home she grew up in.
The cause of the star’s death is largely a mystery, as an autopsy has taken place but proved inconclusive, with toxicology tests expected within a couple of weeks.
Peaches is left behind by two sons, Astala, 23 months, and 11-month-old Phaedra, whom she shares with husband Thomas.
