The teaming of Shane Nicholson with support from Michael Waugh has people talking.

As he rounds off 20 years since the release of his first major label debut with Pretty Violet Stain in 1998, Shane is quickly heading towards “veteran” status.

He has won ARIA, APRA, CMAA and Golden Globe Awards. His ‘Rattlin’ Bones’ album with Kasey Chambers in 2008 put him on top of the ARIA Album Chart.

Shane’s most recent album was ‘Love and Blood’ in 2017.

Michael Waugh is also getting the word of mouth trip at the moment. He will release his third album ‘The Weir’ in September.

Listen to his new song ‘This Song Reminds Me’ as he name-checks Aussie rock royalty.
