Phil Collins To Perform First Concert In Four Years

Phil Collins is returning to the stage.

It has been four years since the last time Phil Collins took the stage for a full concert and even longer since he played a standard set with his hits.

Collins last toured in 2010 but it was in support of his Motown covers album Going Back. Other than an occasional appearance, his last full fledged tour spanning his catalog was in 2005 with the Finally, the First Farewell Tour. Then, in May, he performed two songs (In the Air Tonight and Land of Confusion) at the Miami Country Day School where his son attends as part of a benefit.

Once again, Collins will be performing for a benefit on December 6 but, this time, it will be for more than two songs. The occasion is the Dreaming on the Beach Concert for the Little Dreams Foundation, a charity that he and his wife Orianne founded in 2000 to help make the dreams of young talent come true.

Phil’s last live performance was for his kid’s school earlier this year.
