Sydney-sider sisters Neige (vocals/bass) and O (guitar/vocals) Koppes travelled to New York, London and Los Angeles, before landing in Melbourne late 2010.
Rain Party
There they met guitarist Aaron Ronaldson, who shared their love of psychedelia, The Brian Jonestown Massacre and PJ Harvey, and Rain Party was formed. They were eventually joined by Andrew Congues on drums.
Rain Party have earned high praise for their support gigs with The Church and X, and are regular performers at many of Melbourne’s favourite venues, including The Corner Hotel, Cherry Bar, Ding Dong Lounge, The Tote and The Espy.
