New York hip-hop pioneer KRS-One will visit Australia for the first time ever in March.
KRS-One is a true legend of hip-hop, bringing rap to the masses as far back as 1986, and has over 20 albums to his name.
Always thoughtful and provocative, he’s helped steer the genre for decades, as well as writing three books and lecturing in universities about the unity hip-hop provides to its practitioners and followers.
KRS-One will actually be traveling by boat across the Pacific to come to Australia, and will play shows in the major capital cities.
Tickets will go on sale next Thursday 19 January, from Ticketek for Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, and OzTix for Perth and Adelaide.
This is sure to be a once in a lifetime tour. Check out his Australian tour promo clip below the tourdates.
