A Big Day Out image featuring the 2013 line-up has created a stir after being placed on Tumblr.

If the image is for real then the Red Hot Chili Peppers rumours were true. International names checked include Green Day, Placebo, Vampire Weekend, Alabama Shakes and Underworld while Australian acts include The Temper Trap, Angus Stone, Van She and Birds of Tokyo.

The official announcement for Big Day Out 2013 is scheduled for 12:01am on Monday July 16 at the Big Day Out website.
