Rihanna is selling her Beverly Hills mansion for $4.5 million.

The house features 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 30 foot ceilings. It has 270 degree views of the city of LA, a sauna, steam room, library, gourmet kitchen and home theater … and, of course, a pool and spa.
Rihanna bought the house in September, 2009 for $6.9 million but will sell for $2.5 million less because she has been in legal fights with the property developer ever since.
She claims the house leaks even in mild storms and that it has tragic design and construction flaws.
All offers will be considered.
