He was out back on October 19 with he representative stating “Robin Gibb has been discharged from the hospital today where he had been treated since last Thursday for inflammation of the colon. He is at home recovering and plans to slowly resume work over the next couple of days.”

Unfortunately, that drive to work has not been easy for Gibb. On Monday, he was scheduled to meet with Prime Minister David Cameron but had to cancel because he was in pain. Later in the day, he was able to make it to ITV’s studio in London to appear on the Alan Titchmarsh Show where he discussed an upcoming charity event.

Still, many around the singer are very concerned about his ongoing health. The stomach problems from which Robin suffers is from the same condition that killed his brother Maurice back in 2003. Fortunately, Robin’s condition was treated earlier and has helped him somewhat in his treatment. Monday night, he appeared extremely gaunt with his clothes hanging off of him.

Gibb also released a charity single yesterday with the group The Soldiers, a remake of the Bee Gees hit I’ve Got to Get a Message to You. There is a push to get the single to number 1 in the U.K. to give members of the Bee Gees at least one chart topper in each of the last six decades.

Toto Returns To Melbourne #Review

Toto’s 2025 setlist focuses on the heritage of the band. The setlist was interesting. Compared to how it was curated for Australia in 2019 this time Toto kept to the albums of the 1900s. Mind you, there were no complaints from the audience for doing that. The biggest hits came from those early years.
