The Rolling Stones have confirmed that their 50 and Counting tour will commence in Los Angeles in May.
The tour announcement started with Mick Jagger saying, “Here we are”.
Keith then said, “It’s time”. Charlie Watts said, “50 years” and Ron Wood, “Right, we’re gonna do it”.
It’s official. The Rolling Stones will hit the road again to mark their 50th anniversary. “I thought that we should continue doing this when the 50th anniversary came out,” Mick Jagger said announcing the tour.
“You wonder why you had such a long lay-off. It is the life and blood of us,” said Keith Richards.
Charlie Watts said, “it takes Mick’s energy to start it up”.
“Everyone was a bit reluctant to say how keen they were to go back on the road,” said Ronnie Wood.
“We are going to start off in Los Angeles,” Mick says.
