Rose Carleo Joins Paul Woseen Solo Tour

by Paul Cashmere on December 22, 2014

in Live,News

Singer songwriter Rose Carleo will tour with Screaming Jets guitarist Paul Woseen through-out January.

Woseen will mount solo shows through Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland starting in Warnambool on January 14.

Carleo had been working with Woseen in the studio. He contributed to her new single ‘Time Is Now’.

Rose had previously a country/blues singer and Paul Woseen helped her migrate to rock. “It’s something I’ve always had, I’ve always been the rock chick,” she says. “I have a really eclectic taste in music – from Emmylou Harris to AC/DC. The one thing that stands out for me in any genre of music is the groove and the lyrical content – the story or message. As far as the rock genre itself, well I feel I’ve always naturally fallen into it – I’m just more at ease now with conveying it.”

Paul Woseen and Rose Carleo dates

January 14, Warrnambool, The Loft
January 15, Ballarat, Babushka Bar
January 16, Brunswick, Whole Lotta Love Bar
January 21, Canberra, The Front Gallery
January 29, Byron Bay, The Rails
January 30, Brisbane, Acacia Ridge Hotel
January 31, Rainbow Beach, Rainbow Beach Hotel
