We Are Scientists have postponed their Australian tour to May.
We Are Scientists were due to start their Australian tour in Brisbane on January 22. New dates have the band now starting the tour in Melbourne on May 28 but due to the new schedule the Adelaide date has had to be cancelled.
The May shows will all take place at the same venues originally advertised. Tickets from the January shows can be used for the new May dates. However, Adelaide ticketholders will need to contact their place of purchase for refunds.
Anyone who cannot attend the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth rescheduled shows can also obtain a refund from their place of purchase.
The May shows will be We Are Scientists first Australian dates since 2008.
US band We Are Scientists are Keith Murray (drums), Chris Cain (bass) and Scott Lamb (guitar, vocals).
The band formed in Berkley, California in 2000. Their third album ‘Brain Trust Mastery’ reached no. 11 on the UK chart.
We Are Scientists will release their fifth album in March, 2014.
