Screen Music Award Nominees Announced

Antony Partos and Cezary Skubiszewski lead the nominations for the Screen Music Awards to take place in Sydney on November 27.

Partos and Skubiszewski have been nominated for six awards covering their work across television, mini-series, documentary, soundtrack and advertising.

Antony has also been nominated with collaborator David McCormack and Matteo Zingales while Cezary is also up for an award with his son Jan. Jan is also half of Jackson Jackson with Harry Angus of The Cat Empire. He is also known as Way of the Eagle.

Jan has worked with Wendy Mathews, Kram (Spiderbait), Ian Kenny (Karnivol, Birds of Tokyo), Mark Ronson, Daniel Merriweather and Bliss n Eso.

David McCormack is formerly of Custard.

Other nominees include Jack Moffitt of The Preatures, guitarist Jeff Lang and Richard Pleasance.
