Seth Rogen may have made the funniest and most disgusting movie all-in-one film.
‘Sausage Party’ is the latest production from Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill and features an all-star cast of Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton and Salma Hayek.
Rogen plays Frank, a hotdog who sets out with his girlfriend Brenda (Wiig), a bun, to warn all supermarket products their impending fate after they are purchased are taken to the home of humans.
Every friend Rogen has has been invited to take part in the movie. James Franco is a piece of toast, Edward Norton in a bagel, Paul Rudd is a tomato and co-producer Hill is one of the sausages.
An unfinished cut of ‘Sausage Party’ previewed at SXSW in March and the completed film will have its world premiere at Just For Laughs in Montreal on 30 July.
‘Sausage Party’ will debut in cinemas in America on 12 August 2016 and around the world on 2 September.
