Slash is in the studio today working on the new song he wrote with Jon Stevens for The Dead Daisies.

Slash tweeted today, “Doing some guitar today for a song @jonstevensmusic & I wrote for his new project, Dead Daisies. Really cool tune. iiii]; )”.

Noise11 reported earlier this week that Slash and Stevens had written a song titled ‘LockNLoad’ together for The Dead Daisies.

The Dead Daisies features Stevens with Charlie Drayton (Divinyls), Richard Fortus (Guns N’ Roses), Jim Hilbun (The Angels), Alan Mansfield (Dragon) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix).

The band will perform as special guests of ZZ Top in Australia next week and then return to support Aerosmith in May.
