After Music-News.com exclusively revealed the yet unconfirmed news that legendary band The Smiths are to reform, we caught up with drummer Mike Joyce to find out more.

When we asked about the recent rumours and whether the reunion was happening Mike answered tellingly, ‘No, not at the moment’.
‘There have been lots of reformations, The Police reformed a couple of years ago and people said that would never happen, Pink Floyd did and people said that would never happen. So who knows really.’
On whether he would be involved he said ‘I think I would and do you know why? The amount of happiness that it would give to so many people it seems criminal not to.’
No official word is out as yet but it’s just a question of time. Music-News.com predicts that the official announcement will be made within 6 months.
