Rapper LL Cool J’s son was reportedly arrested after being thrown out of a New York restaurant on Tuesday (September 29).
According to New York Daily News, 26-year-old Najee Smith now faces criminal trespass charges in connection with an altercation that happened at 3:15 AM inside Catch in the Meatpacking District. It’s thought the star had started celebrating his birthday on Monday night and was intoxicated. Allegedly he put up a fight when restaurant workers escorted him out.
Back in 2012 it was reported by obnoxioustelevision.com that Najee had posted pictures of himself on the toilet and during sex online; however, LL has never addressed any negative behavior and simply commented on how important it is to spend time with his family. He also has three daughters, Italia, Samaria and Nina, with his wife Simone.
“I try to prioritize…Yesterday, before I got on the plane to come here [South Carolina] to do the concert, I went to the school for my daughter,” he previously revealed to Entertainment Tonight.
“They had a football game and this was her first time cheerleading… So I was on the sidelines like every other dad… taking pictures and doing all of that. I just try to carve out time for my family and make sure that I’m there for them, and I would encourage all the guys out there to do that.”
