Soundgarden’s classic 1994 album ‘Superunknown’ will be reissued in May with a goldmine of rare demos and rehearsal recordings added.
Universal Music will release two deluxe editions of grunge classic as well as a limited edition five x 10-inch vinyl set of ‘Superunknown: The Singles’.
‘Superunkown’ was a number one album in Australia and achieved double platinum sales. It earned Soundgarden two Grammy Awards for ‘Black Hole Sun’ and ‘Spoonman’. It also delivered the singles ‘Black Hole Sun’, ‘Spoonman’ and ‘Fell On Black Days’.
Soundgarden Superunknown will be reissued on May 30, 2014.
